Probably photographed near her builder's yard around the time of her delivery in September 1944.

Incomplete at her builder's yard around the time of her cancellation in August 1945.
The hull number was added when the photo was developed. She was completed in 1953 as a merchant tug.

The tug is fully fitted out but was neither transferred to the Soviets as Lend Lease as initially intended nor commissioned in the U.S. Navy.
