U.S. Army Col. Harold B. Wright (FS 220)
A typical Army Design 427 Auxiliary Aircraft Repair Ship at anchor in Manila Harbor, Philippines, on 21 May 1946, in essentially its original configuration. All of these 18 modified Freight Supply Vessels (FS 204-221) were named for Army colonels, probably from the Army Air Corps.
