SS Diamond Mariner

At Todd Shipyards, San Pedro, Calif., in 1956 for conversion to USS Paul Revere (APA 248). The yard is using a surplus LSM and what appears to be a heavily altered LST as support craft.

After conversion in 1961 at a Bethlehem Steel yard at Baltimore, Md., probably the Key Highway yard or its annex near Fort McHenry.
